All parts are covered by manufacture warranty. De'souza Networkz performs bench marking and 48hr performance testing on every system to insure all components are running correctly. This insures customers don't receive a DOA product.
If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period so we can assess the unit to confirm a hardware fault. If a hardware fault is found and this is not due to human error. i.e.: (the system has not been modified incorrectly).Then the component will be sent to the appropriate vendor in accordance with there warranty terms and conditions.
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt and Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price.
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
Return Procedures:
Please send an email to support@desouza-networkz.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip.

Uncollected Goods |

Problems can arise when goods are left for repair but the goods are not paid for, or are uncollected. The way in which we can deal with uncollected goods depends on the value of the goods.
Goods worth less than $100 - we must give verbal or written notice to the customer that we intend to dispose of or sell the goods. If the goods remain uncollected after 28 days of that notice, we can sell or dispose of them.
Goods worth between $100 and $500 - we must give written notice to the customer and anyone else that we know is claiming an interest in the goods (e.g. a finance company to which the goods are mortgaged) that we intend to sell the goods. After three months of that notice, we can sell them.
Goods worth between $500 and $5000 - we must give written notice to the customer and anyone else we know who is claiming an interest in the goods that you intend to sell the goods. After six months of that notice, we can sell the goods, but only through a public auction.
