Servicing Your System

Over time computers need to be serviced just as a car would. This helps to keep it running smoothly. Cleaning your system and a reguarly basis will insure you computer continues to ran with optimal performance.

For all repairs and maintenace jobs you will be given a detialed report on the work undertaken.

		Repairs

	From time to time parts fail.Due to the nature of electronic components know one can guarantee parts will never fail. While under warranty this is not something to worry about, however outside of warranty if your computer stops working or fails to turn on it will need repairing. Diagnostics and Qoute $20 - This fee is for the time spent investigating the unit to pinpoint the fault. Labor Rate $35 per 30 mins - We charge in 30 min blocks as sometimes the job doesnt take a full hour so why charge a full hour. Minimum Charge $55 - This includes diagnostic and qoute plus 30 min labor rate. Below you can see the stages involved with repairs.

Burn In Test

This will determine your fault and will inform us what is needed to fix the issue and a qoute can be provided.

Repair work will be assigned.

Parts ordered if needed and repair work commenced.

Final Testing will commence

This tool that allows all the major sub-systems of a computer to be simultaneously stress tested for endurance, reliability and stability.

		Upgrades

	With new technology and more demanding applications being released all the time, upgrading parts instead of purchasing a whole new system is sometimes a better option for people. We not only offer the parts but for a small fee we can fit the part for you into your current system. We will also do testing to insure the durablitiy and staility of your system.
